asamicro（アサミクロ）：ダンサー／振付家／egglife主宰
10歳の頃からHIPHOPダンスを学び、キレのある動きと猫背、中毒性ある振付が特徴。コンセプトは “明日の朝の期待をつくる” とし幼少期の経験や記憶をもとに、言葉にならない感情や生きづらさをユーモアな動きとスピーディーな展開で表現し《家族と社会と自身の距離》を切り口として創作する。近年では食を通した振る舞いパフォーマンスとして、自家製あんこやジャムを作り、参加者にとっての居心地、意思決定や自己肯定感を育む環境や機会を探求しながら活動している。また、主宰を務めるダンスカンパニーegglife（エッグライフ）ではエネルギッシュな群舞と即興に眠る個々の身体性を見つめ、HIPHOPダンスで得た瞬発力や低重心を活かした振付を行う。ストリートで培った空間認識を活かし、ダンサーの身体の枠や舞台美術との連携を意識。美術家やトラックメーカー、特殊照明など作品に合わせて、異なるジャンルの作家と共に創作を行う。

Asamicro began learning Hip-hop dance at the age of 10 and is known for sharp, addictive choreography. The creative process is based on how the mind and body interact(after dusk) until the next morning,
Drawing upon childhood experiences and memories expressing inarticulate emotions and the difficulties of living through humorous movements and rapid-paced sequences.Creating works centered on the theme of “the distance between family, society, and the self”.In recent years, evolved into a performance involving food-related actions, where homemade red bean paste and jam are prepared for the audience.Through this, it explores environments and opportunities that foster participants’ sense of comfort, decision-making, and self-affirmation.
At egglife, the dance company I direct, we focus on energetic ensemble work and the individual physicality inherent in improvisation, from HIP HOP dance. We utilise spatial awareness honed on the streets, consciously considering the dancers’ physical boundaries and their interaction with stage design. Creating works tailored to each project. Dance company “egglife”
egglife（エッグライフ）：asamicro主宰のダンスカンパニー。固定メンバーは決めず、毎回テーマに合わせキャスティングを行う。幼少期の記憶や事実に基づく現象から着想を得てオリジナルストーリーで踊りを創作する。HIPHOPダンスで得た瞬発力や低重心を活かし、ジャンルレスなダンサーと共に個のあり方、得意分野を見つめ、即興に眠る自分らしさを大切に展開、観客と共に自己肯定を見つめ合う。中毒性ある振付とテンポある構成が特徴。またストリートダンスで培った身体で劇場外のパフォーミングアーツを得意とする。

We do not have a fixed line-up instead, we cast performers each time according to the theme. Drawing inspiration from childhood memories and phenomena rooted in reality, I create original stories through dance. Leveraging the explosive power and low center of gravity gained through HIP HOP dance, she collaborates with genre-defying dancers to explore individuality and areas of expertise. She values and develops the unique self hidden within improvisation, engaging audiences in a mutual refection on self-affirmation. Her work is characterised by addicitive choreography and a tempo-driven structure. Furthermore, with a body honed through street dance, she excels in performing arts beyond the theatre.
