Asamicro : Dancer/ Choreographer/ Director of egglife
Since I was 10 years old, I have learnt and performed Hiphop dance and been developing the dances characterised by their influencing viewers’ senses, which are created by combining elements such as well-defined movements, haunching back, repetition and subtle delays.
Drawing from experiences and memories in my early childhood, I express emotions and difficulties of living that cannot be articulated in forms of humorous movements and quick developments. I create dances based on approaches to the distances among family, society and myself.
For the last a few years, I have also engaged in performative activities through serving foods; I have explored what is comfort like for participants by serving sweet red bean paste and jams that I make. I have placed the creation of environments and opportunities that offer participatory experiences to the centre of my activities.
As the director of the dance collective egglife, she engages with energetic group choreography and the individual physicalities that emerge through improvisation. Utilizing the explosiveness and low center of gravity developed through HIPHOP, she choreographs with a strong awareness of spatial perception rooted in street dance. She collaborates with artists across disciplines—including visual artists, track makers, and lighting designers—to create works that respond to each project.
Core Message
Opening windows and letting wind come in every morning and my creations have originated from that action.Drawing on memories engraved on my mind and sense of balance, I give subtle movements into the stagnation of relationships.
From the household, which is a closed space as the starting point, I have been seeking the revision of the relationship between spaces and relationships through the exploration of the distances among family, society and myself.

10歳の頃からHIPHOPダンスを学び、キレのある動きと猫背、反復やズレによって感覚を揺さぶる振付を特徴とする。
幼少期の経験や記憶をもとに、言葉にならない感情や生きづらさを、ユーモラスな動きとスピーディーな展開で表現。《家族と社会と自身の距離》を切り口に創作を行う。
近年は、食の振る舞いを通したパフォーマンスにも取り組み、自家製のあんこやジャムを用いながら、参加者にとっての居心地を探る。能動的な体験を育む環境や機会の創出を軸に活動している。
また、主宰を務めるダンスコレクティブ egglife（エッグライフ）では、エネルギッシュな群舞と即興に潜む個々の身体性に着目。HIPHOPで培った瞬発力や低重心を活かした振付を行う。ストリートで養った空間認識をもとに、身体の枠や舞台美術との関係性を意識しながら、美術家、トラックメーカー、特殊照明など異なるジャンルの作家と協働して作品を創作している。
ステイトメント
朝、窓を開けて風を通す。その行為を創作の原点としている。
身体に刻まれた記憶と重心を手がかりに、関係性の滞りにわずかな動きを与える。
家庭という閉じた空間を起点に、家族・社会・自身のあいだにある距離を問い直しながら、空間と関係性の更新を探求している。
