asamicro（アサミクロ）：ダンサー／振付家／egglife主宰
10歳の頃からHIPHOPダンスを学び、キレのある動きと猫背、反復やズレによって感覚を揺さぶる振付を特徴とする。

幼少期の経験や記憶をもとに、言葉にならない感情や生きづらさを、ユーモラスな動きとスピーディーな展開で表現。《家族と社会と自身の距離》を切り口に創作を行う。

近年は、食を通した振る舞いのパフォーマンスにも取り組み、自家製のあんこやジャムを用いながら、参加者にとっての居心地を探る。能動的な体験を育む環境や機会の創出を軸に活動している。

また、主宰を務めるダンスカンパニーegglife（エッグライフ）では、エネルギッシュな群舞と即興に潜む個々の身体性に着目。HIPHOPで培った瞬発力や低重心を活かした振付を行う。ストリートで養った空間認識をもとに、身体の枠や舞台美術との関係性を意識しながら、美術家、トラックメーカー、特殊照明など異なるジャンルの作家と協働して作品を創作している。

Since the age of ten, she has trained in HIPHOP dance, developing a style marked by sharp movement, a hunched posture, and choreography that unsettles perception through repetition and subtle displacements.

Drawing from childhood experiences and memory, she explores emotions that resist language and a sense of unease in living, expressed through humorous movement and rapid composition. Her work is framed through the lens of distance—between family, society, and the self.

In recent years, she has expanded into performative acts involving food, creating homemade anko and jams while considering participants’ sense of comfort. Her practice focuses on cultivating environments and situations that invite active, embodied experiences.

As the director of the dance company egglife, she engages with energetic group choreography and the individual physicalities that emerge through improvisation. Utilizing the explosiveness and low center of gravity developed through HIPHOP, she choreographs with a strong awareness of spatial perception rooted in street dance. She collaborates with artists across disciplines—including visual artists, track makers, and lighting designers—to create works that respond to each project.
